EXCHANGE POLICY
- Charges exchange within 4 days of issuing the receipt.
- Products must be exchanged in unused condition with the original packaging.
- In the case of exchanging normal orders, shipping fees will be added.
- In case of receiving a physically damaged product(s) or wrong, a different product(s) exchange will be done for free within 2-5 working days inside Cairo, and 4-7 working days outside Cairo.
